I know not many people like cod (fish) but personally I love it!!
Ingredients:
Packet of salted codfish without the bones
1 large tomato
1 red onion
1 avocado
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon adobo
2 or 3 limes
Cilantro
Jalapeno (if you want it a liitle spicy)
