COOKING ON VACATION

So we are on our family road trip and I decided to cook! Don't know what's up with me, but after my craniotomy, I have become quiet domestic!

On the menu for tonight: Brisket, mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus. 

My brisket is in the oven. My boys are at the local hockey rink and the girls are doing something "touristy!"
