SMART PHONE PICTURES POSE PRIVACY RISKS!

OMG!!! This is soooo scary! NOw, I am really paranoid after watching this video on the dangers of location services on your iPhone.

Watch this whole video to see the dangers of your cell phone and sharing pictures on your phone! (Lesson for me as well.) 

NOTE: IF YOU WANT PRIVACY: Go to your cell phone, to GENERAL SETTINGS, then the PRIVACY setting.

Go to LOCATION SERVICES - note that this uses GPS along with crowd-sourced WiFi hotspot and cell tower locations to determine your approximate location or your CHILD'S location! Turn it OFF! 

Sure it will affect your maps etc...but it is best to turn it off most of the time and only switch it to on, when you need a map or directions. Most importantly, turn location services off for photos. 

Remember, photos you share on your iPhone may contain other information, such as when and WHERE the photo was taken and hackers and "the bad guys" could track you or your kid down if they so desired!
