MANAGING PERIMENOPAUSE & MENOPAUSE - THE MENOPAUSE SUPPORT TRIO

When I first started this blog, my kids were little, and I was still relatively young. Since then, many years have passed and I have been through a few health challenges and thankfully, overcome them.

But here I am now, 20 years older and smack in the middle of menopause and if you are there too, you know it is absolutely no fun whatsoever.
