Personally, I love to use Hydrate now because I am at greater risk for headaches and migraines, as a result of my brain surgery, plus, I drink a lot of caffeine, which can affect our levels of hydration.

Hydrate is the perfect tool to give your body what it needs to replenish. We don't always take great care of our bodies when it comes to what we drink.
